Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Remote (UK)

Reports to: Commercial Director
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time), plus travel when required.

Package: Base salary (£60K+ based on experience), Bonus (15% of salary), Pension, Private Healthcare, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Knowledge and Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience working as a key account manager or in a position similar to one in the IVD industry.
  • Experience selling to multinational and high-profile corporations.
  • Proven track record of business development and meeting revenue targets Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of the IVD market.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Contract management and negotiation skills.

     

    Desirable:

  • Prior experience working with a global clientele
