About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Life Science Recruitment Associate to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts, focusing on business development, and assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and placement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research target companies thoroughly to understand their industry, products/services, and potential needs.
  • Identify potential business opportunities by analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Cold-calling and other business development activities.
  • Monitor and track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance against targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist senior recruiters with candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and interest in potential job opportunities.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on our CRM system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing email correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interest in sales, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in recruitment or customer service roles is a plus, but not required.
