Position Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales of recombinant proteins across the designated territory in France and the Benelux region. This full-time role offers career advancement potential, and you will be required to travel frequently within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and drive growth for recombinant proteins in the France and Benelux markets.
- Promote company products and establish strong relationships with customers.
- Travel up to 50% of the time for business meetings, client visits, and prospecting.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer support for orders and technical questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing and branding activities alongside business development teams.
- Monitor and share market intelligence and trends to support strategy and planning.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and gather customer insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Medicine, Biosciences, Biology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the life sciences, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 1 year in recombinant proteins.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively.
