Sales Specialist - South UK

Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our company covering the South UK territory. The ideal candidate will have a background in Life Science or a related field, with strong experience in account management.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
    • Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer needs and uphold relationships.
    • Provide product training and technical support to ensure proper usage and maximise customer benefit.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and customer requirements to better serve the market.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.


    • Degree in Biomedical Science or similar.
    • Experience selling into NHS (desirable but not essential).
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Successfully able to work within a team environment
    • Sociable with the ability to build relationships.

Additional Information:

  • This role requires travel within the South UK territory and occasional travel for training and meetings.
