Job Title: Pre-Sales/Customer service representative

Role Overview:

This position plays a key role in supporting the overall success of the company by delivering efficient and professional internal and external customer service. The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of handling a variety of tasks across multiple departments. Strong judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in diverse situations are essential.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports directly to the Operations Manager

  • Indirect reporting to General Management and Senior Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the achievement of service sales targets and profit margins

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations via email and phone

  • Manage tendering processes for service contracts

  • Identify, contact, and develop new customer relationships

  • Review client terms and conditions to minimize business risk

  • Coordinate with manufacturing teams for delivery schedules and cost details

  • Work with technical staff to obtain necessary information and drawings

  • Analyse customer specifications to determine requirements

  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations

  • Prioritize quotation requests and ensure timely responses

  • Maintain CRM system for timely follow-up on new and renewing service contracts

  • Update and manage service-related items within the accounting system

  • Provide sales forecasts and prepare sales performance reports

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for events, campaigns, and customer engagement

  • Share relevant sales and contact information with marketing for outreach initiatives

  • Work alongside the service team to enhance service sales and promote new product offerings

  • Maintain and manage the existing customer database
