The Company is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer with a desire to broaden their understanding and expertise. The ideal person will be located South East of England.
The successful applicant will receive full training allowing them to deliver best in class service to customers across several of the key product groups in the Company’s growing portfolio, and will be an important part of a highly motivated and successful team.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Planning and delivering repairs and calibration.
• Supporting customer enquiries and delivering repair services and remote support when needed.
• Ensuring the Company’s service standards are kept and KPI goals met for all services.
• Maintaining correct service records and details in CRM.
• Complete training courses and use the Company’s Academy and Extranet to grow the necessary instrument understanding to be efficient in the engineering position.
• Supporting Sales colleagues during instrument installation where needed.
• Giving leads to Sales where opportunities are established.
