The Role
- Supply service delivery support for all customer on analytical laboratory instrumentation
- Maintain and coordinate daily functions
- Advertise and maintain a high quality of service
- Promote the brand and service capabilities of the company
- Establish service delivery improvements in conjunction with team leads
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine/non routine PM/OQ and PQ
- Perform equipment troubleshooting and breakdown repairs
- Support other engineers when needed
- Give technical support to customer queries
- Give a conduct for customers and the teach support team
- Fix incoming fault reports and recommend suitable measures:
- Support customers by remote troubleshooting
- If needed, request support from product specialists
- Ensure prompt handling of customer complaints
Skills & Qualifications
- Acts autonomous in the frame of Guidelines and directives
- A proven track record of current good practice
- +2 years Pharmaceutical Analytical Laboratory experience
- Troubleshooting ability
- Sign according to rule SOP AAW01.04 regarding signatures.
