Account Manager - UK

Job Description

Job Role:

  • Accountable for all contract renewals and new business within current and potential clients in GB
  • Regular customer key account review meetings with the Head of Services
  • Close cooperation, coordination and communication with internal areas (service, administration, PM)
  • Supervision of key accounts in the sales area

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all commercial duties and working alongside with local sales and local service team leads and Service Manager.
  • Accountable for all events, fair visits, and meetings in the sales area
  • Consolidation of existing business relations as well as establishment of new customers and business partners in the sales region
  • Cooperation with innovations in marketing, sales, and product development
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes for efficient sales transactions in cooperation with other departments
  • Acts independently within the general guidelines and directions
  • Is accountable for the best possible implementation and achievement of the tasks defined above for the job
  • Is accountable for the equipment and mobile devices entrusted to him/her
  • Is accountable for the observation of work directions and guidelines
