Job Role:
- Accountable for all contract renewals and new business within current and potential clients in GB
- Regular customer key account review meetings with the Head of Services
- Close cooperation, coordination and communication with internal areas (service, administration, PM)
- Supervision of key accounts in the sales area
Duties & Responsibilities
- Accountable for all commercial duties and working alongside with local sales and local service team leads and Service Manager.
- Accountable for all events, fair visits, and meetings in the sales area
- Consolidation of existing business relations as well as establishment of new customers and business partners in the sales region
- Cooperation with innovations in marketing, sales, and product development
- Continuous improvement of internal processes for efficient sales transactions in cooperation with other departments
- Acts independently within the general guidelines and directions
- Is accountable for the best possible implementation and achievement of the tasks defined above for the job
- Is accountable for the equipment and mobile devices entrusted to him/her
- Is accountable for the observation of work directions and guidelines
