We are currently looking for a Technical Support and Training Specialist UK to join a leading biotech company. As the Technical Support and Training Specialist UK you will be accountable to give scientific, technical and training support to Customers and Staff. This position will cover our research, clinical and cell analysis portfolio.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities as the Technical Support and Training Specialist UK will be varied although the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • You will reply to enquiries, give technical support, observe and trouble-shoot as well as resolve complaints and collect and analyse data.
  • The Technical Support and Training Specialist will also give product and application training for the company's customers and staff at their UK training facility.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and to work with the company's sales, service, marketing and support teams making sure of customer satisfaction.
  • This position will be based at the UK office but you may have some travel to UK customer sites or to international training hubs within the Company's business worldwide.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • The ideal candidate will have a Master’s/Doctorate in a scientific subject such as biology, biotechnology, medicine or a similar qualification.
  • It will be required for the candidate to have worked in different biological sectors such as cell biology, immunology, haematology, neurology or stem cells.
