Scientific Sales Specialist - West UK

Job Description

Job Specification/Main Duties:

  • Manage your territory; creating leads/meet or exceed sales targets
  • Find and reach potential customers through research and referral
  • Advertise the whole product portfolio & qualify prospects
  • Organise opportunity pipeline/sales methods to meet sales goals
  • Negotiate and close opportunities
  • Teach customers on products/services
  • Manage and perform equipment demonstrations
  • Customer account management
  • Distributor and channel sales management
  • Maintain all customer information and details of any contact in the CRM database (SalesForce)
  • Give a forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Report duties and plans regularly to Management Team
  • Knowledge of whole product portfolio and maintain great product knowledge; ability to talk confidently about the Company and all the products
  • Collaborating with Marketing Team and Product Managers to coordinate sales efforts with marketing meetings to raising awareness and creating sales
  • Manage and attend conferences
  • Represent the company at supplier meetings if needed
  • Maintain great networks with customers/distributors/suppliers/internal staff
