Job Specification/Main Duties:
- Manage your territory; creating leads/meet or exceed sales targets
- Find and reach potential customers through research and referral
- Advertise the whole product portfolio & qualify prospects
- Organise opportunity pipeline/sales methods to meet sales goals
- Negotiate and close opportunities
- Teach customers on products/services
- Manage and perform equipment demonstrations
- Customer account management
- Distributor and channel sales management
- Maintain all customer information and details of any contact in the CRM database (SalesForce)
- Give a forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis
- Report duties and plans regularly to Management Team
- Knowledge of whole product portfolio and maintain great product knowledge; ability to talk confidently about the Company and all the products
- Collaborating with Marketing Team and Product Managers to coordinate sales efforts with marketing meetings to raising awareness and creating sales
- Manage and attend conferences
- Represent the company at supplier meetings if needed
- Maintain great networks with customers/distributors/suppliers/internal staff
