Sales Representative - Berkshire

Job Description

You will be responsible for all sales tasks, from sales creation through completion, in an allocated area using formal selling methods.

One of your duties will be for establishing main accounts and agreeing on methods and tactics for high growth opportunities.

You will work alongside with the sales and support teams for the accomplishment of customer satisfaction, revenue creation, and long-term account goals in line with company business methods.

Together with the customer and other Company equipment, you will further develop the business by establishing customer requirements; establishing solutions and growing an individual customer solution plan.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maximize competitive advantage and push customer satisfaction by growing trust and developing strong networks. Add value in every communication by working together with customers and internal teams to grow beneficial solutions for their business.
  • Targets: Meet/exceed IOP for sales and margin. Grow awareness / sales in the Company’s range to grow margin.
  • Method Implementation: Show methods in agility in reaching to customers and projects (solutions must be specific to meet the customer’s requirements). Implement agreed methods across allocated accounts while up-keeping and growing current business.
  • Business Development: Push possible and current opportunities by organising territory suitably to increase number of customer visits. Call customers often to make opportunities for selling the Company’s portfolio of products. Knowing customer profile, be able to establish trends and opportunities that will create sales.

Person profile:

  • We’re looking for someone with sales experience building networks and selling to customers, ideally Biopharma/Scientific sector.
  • You show clear ability to passionately communicate with people at all levels of business and a strong work ethic, is independently focused and can work remotely.
  • You possess great organisational skills, can work alongside with other members of the team to organise a growing pipeline of networks and opportunities within a clearly defined sales methods.
