We are looking for an excited, charming, passionate person to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager for the East of England, who can have an important part in developing our customer base, whilst organising current networks.
This position is a fixed-term, 12-month contract.
Your duties will be to handle current customers, prospective networks and ecosystem networks in the East of England:
- Leading on customer research, establishing and qualifying leads with input from other colleagues.
- Utilising insights from market promise to work with our in-house technical team to help in product design and road mapping making sure that we continue to grow high impact uses for customers and our end users.
- Working alongside our service delivery team to create launch project methods.
- Representing the Company at regional conferences and acting as an agent for the Company.
The ideal person would have sales experience growing networks and selling to customers, preferably either the Chemistry/Biopharma.
You are also a leader that can motivate and mentor AM’s and Sales Specialists within your region.
You show clear ability to passionately communicate with people at all levels of business and a strong work ethic, who is self-driven and can work independently.
You show great organisational skills, can work alongside with other members of the team to organise a developing pipeline of networks and opportunities within a clearly specified sales method.
