Job Description

To provide SWLEOC stakeholders and the Company’s management with analyses of data extracted from the Company and Trust software systems in order to provide greater insight and understanding of SWLEOC cost behaviour and to provide an empirical basis for cost and operational improvement. To manage SWLEOC software supplier contracts where they are embedded in the Company’s MSC.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To analyse data derived from SAP, h-Trak, Synergy Trak and Bluespier systems
  • To agree a schedule of reporting requirements with stakeholders
  • To provide reports based on derived data to SWLEOC and the Company’s stakeholders in line with the agreed schedule
  • To produce ad hoc reports as required by the stakeholders
  • To prepare and submit NJR and other compliance reports on behalf of SWLEOC to an agreed schedule
  • To provide IT support for SWLEOC and the Company and to ensure the correct operation of the SAP, h-Trak, Synergy Trak Synantics and other such systems the Company may provide as a part of the MSC operation
  • To manage the supplier contracts with Bluespier and Healthlogistics including the adherence to KPI’s and SLA’s
  • To engage and communicate efficiently with the Company and Trust IT staff and ensure that they continually made aware of issues
  • To engage and communicate effectively with the Company’s Limited management and ensure that they are continually made aware of issues and opportunities which are established by the data
  • To liaise and communicate efficiently with the Company’s Limited administrative support staff
  • To provide other unspecified assistance on an ad-hoc basis as and when needed by the Company Limited management

KPI’s:

  • Overall customer satisfaction with the range and accuracy of data reports provided

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Formal qualification in IT
  • High level knowledge and experience of writing SQL queries
  • High level ability to use Excel
  • Experience of manipulating basic data using Qlikview and/or related Business Intelligence software
  • Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

People Management:

Work Environment:

The position is based in or close to the stores or operating theatres. It is likely that the person will be required to wear scrubs.
