Job Description:

  • Supporting the management in the implementation of the Sales Plans within international market
  • Pushes the external sales channels for international business including direct, indirect, and mostly distribution to achieve the Company's short and long term business aims
  • Ensuring sales visits are carried out professionally with recorded visit reports.
  • Collect market Intelligence information relating to customers/clients and competitors.

Reports to:

Chief Commercial Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a marketing plans for the Company’s products
  • Actively sell products to the commercial market to agreed sales targets
  • Represent the Company at exhibitions, meetings and any other events that are deemed suitable
  • Routine international travel to attend appropriate exhibitions and to develop and build key relationships with new and current customers
  • Increase sales revenue and global market share by identifying and managing multiple international sales channels
  • Establish and properly qualify distributors and new business opportunities
  • Investigate agent and distributor performance against business and growth objectives
  • Deliver product training and support to the distributors
  • Collaborate to ensure marketing collateral is relevant to the International market
  • Ensure that databases are current and updated with correct customer information
  • Maintain effective communication with internal team members, management and staff
  • Provide information on territorial trends: market growth, market direction and competition

Education:

Degree / Post grad in Biological science or similar discipline

Experience:

  • Working experience within Sales into this field or similar field essential
  • Knowledge of Sales process within Clinical Trial Manufacturing, Clinical pharmacology and Genomics is desirable
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to travel internationally
