Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Obtain new customers for the Company
  • Manage orders quota for new business
  • Own the sales process from start to completion
  • Deliver of RFP’s and RFI’s for new accounts to the Company
  • Establish and execute strategic business plans
  • Exploring via cold calling, email, connecting, and research
  • Teach internal teams on contractual terms during implementation stage
  • Assure implementation success through sales process planning and changes of new account relationships during early implementation stages
  • Comprehend all services offerings and their combined benefits as well as the respective profitability possibility of each opportunity
  • Organise pipeline by using Salesforce to arrange, track, and report on all sales tasks
  • Lead and manage all communications with possible new clients including delivery of presentations and proposals
  • Perform sales administration duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science Degree or related in Science, Engineering, or similar field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client facing sales position within the Laboratory sector
  • Constant track record of surpassing quota in an adventurous sales role
  • Able to go-around complicated politics, finances and people’s characters
  • Experience using Salesforce.com would be beneficial
  • Great written and verbal communications as well as great persuasive skills
  • Able to travel 40-60% throughout Germany and sometimes further
