Business Development - EMEA

Job Description

The Role:

  • Achieving company objectives and meeting KPIs
  • Supporting management in the implementation of the Business Sales Strategies throughout EMEA
  • Supporting existing distributors to increase sales revenue and build the Company’s brand
  • Maintaining company CRM system
  • Identifying and establishing new distribution opportunities within new markets
  • Gathering market Intelligence information relating to customers/clients and competitors
  • 50% traveling to visit the current as well as potential distributors and customers within EMEA

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales revenue and global market share by establishing and managing multiple international sales channels
  • Providing in-field support to distributor network to meet end-users and increase sales revenue
  • Identify and properly qualify distributors following the company’s due diligence processes
  • Evaluate distributor performance against business and growth objectives
  • Attendance at exhibitions and trade shows
  • Ensure that databases are current and updated with accurate customer information using the company’s CRM system
  • Conducting quarterly business reviews
  • Maintain effective communication with management and staff
  • Provide information on territorial trends, market growth, market direction and competition
  • Managing (helping distributors) tenders and following up within agreed timescales after closing date


  • Minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience
  • Bachelor of Science or PhD qualified
  • Related industry experience is essential
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills
