Duties & Responsibilities:
- Offering product understanding, application expertise and technical support in the suitable business area
- Arranging and organising presentations, displays and training to the customers and to Account Managers
- Working alongside with Account Managers and Sales Support team on various accounts, helping the sales force in current applications and implementation of products
- Supplying feedback internally on market needs
- Partaking in launching new products
- Degree in life sciences or similar is required; MSc or PhD are ideal.
- Some experience in giving technical support internally or to customers; single use preferred.
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Flexible outlook, practical and committed to delivering results
- Able of working independently and as a part of a team
- Able to work with people internationally
