Account Manager - Multi Vendor - UK

Job Description

The Role:

  • Responsibility for all Multi-Vendor (MV) contract renewals and new business for MV within existing and new clients in GB
  • Regular customer key account review meetings with the Head of Services
  • Successful realization of GB golas
  • Close cooperation, coordination and communication with internal sections (service, administration, product management)
  • Supervision of key accounts in the sales region


  • Responsible for all MV sales activities and working closely with local sales and local service team leads and Service Manager.
  • Responsible for all events, fair attendances, and seminars in the sales region
  • Consolidation of existing business relations as well as establishment of new customers and business partners in the sales region
  • Cooperation with innovations in marketing, sales, and product development
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes for efficient sales transactions in cooperation with other departments


  • Acts independently within the general guidelines and directions
  • Signs written documents without power of attorney with “on behalf of“ in accordance with signature regulation QA01004
  • Is responsible for the best possible implementation and achievement of the tasks defined above for the job
  • Is responsible for the equipment and mobile devices entrusted to him/her
  • Is responsible for the observation of work directions and guidelines
